Do this.
Press CTRL+J and it will have two boxes labeled "Dimensions".
In each of the boxes type in 80. Press "Ok" and then export your avatar.

WOO! It worked.
Not sure the quality is 100% but it looks good. I know animation is like nothing but I needed to know for future flash projects.
