After the poll is done and the winner is announced.
The winner can just pm who he wants to make the sig and they must make it.

Tomorrow I will try and make a sig. I'm not the best at Ps and pretty sigs. I'm more experienced with animations. There's always room to learn though!

i enter a SOTW at a different site so i will post the rules they use (in case you wish to absorb any of their ideas) (of course some of their rules contradict with ones you already set up)

Rules:
-No smaller than 200x100
-No bigger than 450x175
-Has to have your name on it.
Voting Rules:
-Vote for your 5 favourites, in order.
-Points will be distributed as 1=5pts 2= 4pt... so on.

i like their voting system....

i will make a new sig & enter it

also a rule i would like to see is no previous sigs shown on this site (or something like that so people just don't use sigs they already have made like last year and they are forced to make new ones and improve their skill)

The size part is good. I think we should keep our names off though so the poll is unbiased. I don't get that point system. I think we should just do a poll of which is best.
Add the size thing to the rules CP.
