A few days later, Back at washington, he decides to try the test on the Chairman of the senate foreign relations committee. he summons jesse Helmes tothe white house and says "your mother and father have a child together. This child is not your brother of sister. Who is it"
Helms thinks for a while and says " can i get back to you on this one?"
Bush agrees and Helms leaves, and straight away calls a meeting with other senior republicans and they all puzzle other the question for several hours, but no-one can think of an answer. Finally in desperation he calls Colin Powell at the state department and explains the problem.
"your mother and father have a child together. This child is not your brother of sister. Who is it"
Powell immeddiatly answers "it's me of course"
Much releived Helms rushes back to bush and says, "i knoe i know who it is"
"Who" says bush"
"It's Colin powell!!!" he says
Shaking his head in disgust, Bush replies " Wrong you twit, it's TONY BLAIR" (not the best bush one, but i love it)
