I have a circle named "circle" (Not really, but I'm making no spoilers!) and I want to spawn a movieclip called "oval" at the edge of "circle".
Also, how do I make it spawn at random places, at the edge of the circle? Like different degrees on the circle. (first time at 32 degrees, next at 245, 149, etc.)

Oh gees. Well you need to pick a random angle then use the circles radius and some trig to find the position it would be on the circles edge. Are these things coming out of the circle? You might be able to use an easier trick such as place them in the middle of the circle but behind it so they still look like they're coming out of the edges ?

Gaz, do you know the trig?
And maybe flash includes some method, since rotation uses the same kind of working...
