i just downloaded flash (yes! it worked!)
i don't quite understand most of it, but i'll learn as i go....
so does anyone fleuent with using this program wanna make a beginner guide?

i can make a guide of all the basic commands and buttons and that stuff

i could also put the links for the tutorials that taught me alot about flash...

i just don't understand all the commands and effect
the action script is just like Pascal....and i am pretty good at that....

Either way, you can switch back to AS2 to have the Flash 8 style of coding by the Publish Settings.. > Flash Tab > ActionScript3 to ActionScript2.0

I believe that's the steps in CS3, but don't quote me on that, I don't use CS3.

I can help you in any way, but it's best you start a project than just a beginner guide. What do you want to do, program/animate?

well i was trying to get the basic commands down before i try action scripting, right now i am fiddling with tweening

Well, tweening tutorials are everywhere. Make a movieclip or graphic and press some keys and then move it and blah you have a tween. A motion tween that is. A shape tween can be a lot more difficult.
