First, a bug report: In speedruns, I've seen lag between levels... I'll finish level 1 in 6 seconds, then level 2 will start at 9 seconds, and there will be a long pause between when I hit "continue" vs when level 2 actually starts.
2nd... speedrun times: 53 seconds for easy (52 is doable, but it's so inconsistent because of the above bug). 123 for hard... although I haven't done much in terms of optimization at all; sub 2 minutes is definitely doable. 5:35 for nightmare... i was just happy to beat 11-15 without dying. For me, 13 is the only real level where there is time waste, mostly in the beginning. Need to work on optimization on 15. I'm willing to bet sub-5 minutes is possible, but I doubt by much. 4:5x. 5:35 is definitely, definitely beatable. -Tass |

I save a lot of time at the start of level 13 by jumping and only knocking out the 3rd grey on the right, the 6th on the left, 9th on the right, then the top one on the left to climb up. I think it would be better if the times needed were reduced, but the clock paused at the 'continue' page... it means loading time doesn't affect you.

I've also been getting reports from fellow top Kongregators about a memory leak in the game. Might be worth looking into. I haven't noticed it myself though.
Nice Nightmare time... I'm getting too frustrated at the physics. Having blocks fall and not land flat, having spikes on 15 not fully fall, things like that... it's hard enough beating all 5 without dying, but having to deal with random issues with the engine makes it frustrating when trying to fly through levels for optimization. I definitely could do 4:45 or less if not for the mentioned issues. |

I agree heavily, i actually mentioned something like this to gaz from his super stacker 2 game, but this game does have alot of potential mess ups(unavoidable) comparatively, because of limitations he's had. As for actually doing the speedruns myself, I haven't tried, i've been having too much fun with the level editor! |
