I have completed the game in both Par and Bonus, but I still can't seem to unlock the 5 extra levels. Is there anyway of seeing which levels I have to complete? I'm wondering if maybe I didn't complete one correctly, and went through all the levels this morning, but to no avail.....

I seriously need help! I have played this twice on 2 different computers and I still cannot unlock the 5 extra levels. Do the icons turn a different colour to state that you have achieved PAR? if so, please can someone tell me which one I am missing? I am colourblind, and this is the only reason I can think how I might have missed one. Thanks
