see the far right platform that you normally jump to?
wait on the left side of that platform for about 2 - 3 seconds....
and you'll see the way to get them

they really aren't worth it

yh, slows you down massivly..

well you probably know this but just touck the left side of the platform you jump onto and a bridge will form but im not sure i think it slows u down a lot...
