just get xfire. it allows you to take videos and screenshots and save/upload them automatically. well first save you shot to a folder then upload it to somewhere

press the print screen button on the top right of your keyboard. Mine is shown as:

This will copy the whole screen. You then paste to paste, crop the part you want then save. You then go to TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting and upload it, then you can copy and paste it here.
