Everyone has dreams all the time while their sleeping...but if you are woken up by something, it is close to impossible for you to remember...

that eat healthy thing...its a pretty crap way of making you eat better.
Dreams are affected by food, but you can't make a generalisation saying "Healthy food gives you better dreams". It's still ambiguous what healthy food is, so admittedly you could be right in saying that, but you still couldn't say what the healthy food is. And how much to eat. I eat very badly, and all my dreams are good xD And morning tiredness is related to loads of things. Mainly waking up before you're body has time to fully work (like Bigmutha said), and your metabolism slows down during the night and doesn't go as fast right in the morning, so cope with the tiredness for a bit, go eat breakfast to start it off and you feel fine. And about having dreams all the time...they only seem to occur at certain stages of sleep, so I suppose if you're a deep sleeper you aren't as likely to get any dreams. My dream this morning...it included 256 / 2 + 6, bald guy with staff and me with a rifle shooting him. For some reason I was working out maths in my sleep...oh and there were elves with bows and arrows (?). And I can now wake up, but keep my eyes shut (it's very hard), and this allows me to keep on dreaming as much as I want consciously. Have any of you noticed, but when you dream music, as soon as you open you're eyes it becomes dim and stops...and any fictional settings become dim and less real.

ive had and rememberd most of by dreams this month (14 parts of each i remember) and i do not eat healthy. obviously there is something or someone troubling you.find it and see what annoys you. after that discover how you can avoid that and also see if you have bad dreams. i agree with mesges, food doesnt really help (neither does dream catchers
)
