Rap means talking. Anyone can talk.
Now it takes talent to sing (especially along with play another instrument).
Yes, most rap today does suck.
I'd rather listen to some rapper singing about something intelligent instead of some idiot rapping about his '*****es' and 'jiggling asses in the club'.
