Make black face and arms and put on this jersey.

Just the front though. I will basically just draw a tank top with the V on top and I will paste that Cavaliers and 23 from the jersey above and place it on the tank top so it will look like a jersey. Also I will try to place a cool background on and he will be holding a basketball.
