Around TGH for Newbies (More updated version)

*AROUND TGH FOR NEWBIES*

Let's start with the Game section as that is what attracts people the most.

The game section is the basic URL: The Game Homepage .
Here you can play various games. As you see above the top ad are different little tabs.
The 'Home' tab is where you are right now so no need for explanation.
The 'Newest' tab is where the newest games are found.
The 'Top Rated' tab is where the the games are shown with highest ratings. the games at the top are the higher ratings like 4.8.
The 'Most Played' are where the games that are played more are at not necessarily high ratings just game that have been played more.
The drop down boxes under the ad are where you can find a game depending on what genre it is, but if you want to find a game based on the name near the top right under the three bigger tabs that are 'Play' Discuss' and 'Compete.'

The forums section is at: http://forums.thegamehomepage.com/ .
Here you can discuss different things that have to do with different subjects.
The TGH News and Updates forum is where usually Gaz (the creator of this website and some fun games) or some of the moderators post news or updates about...well TGH.
The Games Discussion / High Scores forums is where you discuss games and post your high scores to see who the king of that game is. You can also find this link below the game window of the game you are playing.
The Custom Levels forum is where you post your custom levels for games such as Box Clever, Scriball, and/or Free Rider. Super Stacker 2 is a game you can also post levels about but since its so popular it has its own website.
The Walkthroughs forum is where you can see videos of certain games beaten by different users.
Everybody knows what to do in the The Introduce yourselfs forum (introduce yourself) and in the General Discussion forum (talk about the general).
The Art and Comedy forums are where you can post your art your joke or your funny pictures.
Game ideas (ideas you have for games), Site Suggestions (suggest things for the site), and Site Help (help with the site) speak for themselves.
Flash Development is where you post tutorials about flash or if you need help with flash.

Here you will find different (not all) games that you've probably seen around the games section. You will also see a big number beside the game that is the high scores ( I know right, hard to believe) and if you think you can beat that score then go for it. [But you must come here to set a high score, for if you play the game from the games section the high score will not be recorded]
