Theres a circle that has an orbiting circle around it. the big circle says 11. what is this thing?! is it a bad thing?

yeah, also those little bars under location on top right is also rep, each green is ten and each yellow is 50. you can see that i have 186 which is way more then anyone

you dont get the rep until the games on the site, and when you do it says Game Aproved under Latest Reputation Received in User CP
