How to post a game (Screenshots)

Firstly, find a legal game site, well known, in this case I will be using CMG.

As you can see, there is a sign saying: Games For Your Website. TGH allows you to download and publish these games.

Also, search TGH for the game your posting, this can be done at the frontpage in the "google custom search" just write the game name Exactly Correct to check if it has been posted, if not,just continue. And if it has been, choose a different game.

When I pressed the link I came to a page like this, after scrooling down to the games. Be sure to play the game first, to make a description for it. OR just copy and paste the description from CMG. afterthis go back to the last page, and press DOWNLOAD.

Be sure to have WinRar or something like it installed. In Vista, you will come to a screen like this: ScreenShot008.jpg

For me, its on norwegian.
But it does not matter, just check what i have checked, and press OK. If you find this confusing, write and i will edit to a more understandable explaining.

Oh, and if the pictures are to small, ill make links instead.

The file is being downloaded. ( I did this in FireFox. ) when it is a screen like this: ScreenShot009.jpg

make sure nothing is highlighted in blue and press extract to.

there will pop up another screen, like this: ScreenShot010.jpg

highlight C and write the name of the game in the Destination Path field. im posting Frantic right now.

whn you have choosen the ok button a weird downloading field will pop up, if not, its just a small game, nothing to care about.

At the frontpage, choose "Submit Game".

You have arrived at the submitting page.

Fill in all the information. At Sponsor/Author, just fill in the URL/Adress of the website you downloaded it from, which usually is a sponsor. Alternative, play the game, and enter the website of the logo-link that pops up.

Now write a description or use CMG's description. In category, choose whatever category your game is. Frantic is a shooting game.

in the SWF file field, just press the place to you can "write" and a window with your computer files will pop up. Choose C: and then <Game name> (Now, Frantic.) you have entered this archive. choose the swf file and press ok.

at thumbnail you need a picture. Take the website's pic or take your own image. to take your own image, go to this website and download Gadwin Printscreen, a screenshot program. Screen Capture and Print Screen software

Press Add Game and... DONE!

Thats odd... u mean SWF right? i never heard of awf, but swf is a flashfile. (I know a little bit about flash)

how come this has so few wiews? I even asked Gaz to make it a sticky but hes deactive, I think...

With it, you download a txt file, and a swf file. Insert the swf file, NOT the txt file... (In case thats where you gone wrong) Gaz have explained this before, this is a expanded more thorough version. TGH uses a special type of game script, which makes it like this... In piczo websites and such you must add the HTML text in a HTML box instead. If you find this confusing then sorry but TGH only lets me upload 5 pictures and such... (I wish Gaz could increase that!)

The game does not always get submitted anyway... I submitted Eternal Red. It is still not here at TGH. I hope Gaz follows his submitters more!

on that part it messes me up cuz where im going u get somthing like this
