Hmmm this does sound interesting. Though for me it seams like more effort than its worth. The rep system is fun and its usually a reasonable indicator of a members contribution to the site. Overall I'd say its working well enough for me. Though I wouldn't mind recouping rep from random de-repped posts ie. this post today got de-repped (13 points I think)
