How to post a screenshot

Some people have asked how to post a game screenshot in the forum, here's how I do it.

1. Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard (mine is to the left of F12) this saves whatever you can see on the screen to your clipboard.

2. Open an image editting program, I'll use paint for this example.

3. Paste the image (CTRL+V).

4. Using the rectangle select tool select the part of the image you want then copy it (CTRL+C).

5. Click "file", "new", "no".

6. Paste it (CTRL+V) and resize the canvas to the right size (drag the bottom right hand corner).

7. Save the file as a .PNG.

8. Upload the file to TinyPic.com

9. Copy and paste the "IMG Code for forums and message boards" in to your forum post.

When you save the image in paint you can choose where to put it on your computer (I put it in "My Documents")

Then when you go to the TinyUrl website click "Browse" next to the "File:" box and select the image from where you saved it.

It's saved on your clipboard, it's not anywhere on your computer. You've got to paste it somehwhere, just like when you copy and paste text.

If you follow the instructions exactly you'll get it, just:

- press printscreen
- open paint
- press ctrl+v (or click "edit", "paste" on the menu at the top).

its pretty easy once you do it.

just press the print screen button, it shud be like Prt Scrn, then go to paint, go to edit, press paste, it shud be there, save as .png, then upload it at tinypic.com, then copy paste to where you want it, got it
