1 Day Update?

Was there recently any updates because for one day when I came to the discussion part of TGH, it said, "This part of the website you are trying to access is currently under construction"

ah, but also

• Can't change colour
• Smilies are back too "lol" being the smily

Maybe he started it, and left, and when he came back later he fixed it.

Also, it wasn't a whole day, and all the times are different for Gaz, so Afternoon in America, is evening here.
