Spam Thread Option
On each thread there should be an option for users to vote if it's a spam thread. Enough votes= deleted or sent to a spam forum section where posts don't count.

yeah but where there's a good thing theres usually abuse
someone could get his/her friends to vote for it therefore causing abuse
