When there are like 3 people in the chat room, it says "Chat Room [4]"...
Sometimes I see it says "Chat Room [1]", so I log in to find out who's there, and there's is no body there...

It's a bug from within the chat application itself, and since Gaz didn't make it, he doesn't permission to make any changes to it.

So unless the people who made the chat add-on fix it themselves, you'll have to live with the tiny difference. (Besides, it's not much of a setback to make that one extra click to see who really IS chatting.)
