It is posts and rep...and there is another factor in it too

If i divide anyones rep by their posts, i get a number that is say 1000 or 100000 (in the case of shanepoo) times their rep giving amount. I guess it is a scale that gradually decreases, so 1, 2, 3 , 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8, etc...

But please help me...
