Some suggestions for reducing the dimensions:
- reduce the number of colors: 63 and 127 are enough for a human eye, you don't need 255. If you image has very similar colors, you can also reduce them up to 31 or 15... and can't see so much difference - you can also reduce the frame rate: a human eye can still see moving pictures with only 10 frames per second - if this doesn't still work, try reducing the dimensions (width and height): half dimensions means a quarter of bytes required So, you can see in this post my avatar: 50 x 50 pixel, 17.5 KB... :-D
