well i can see that it's on miniclip, all you have to do is find out if it's a .swf game, and if so, download the files for it (an easy way is to just go into file-save page as and see if it's .swf (at least on mac )) and then go to 'submit game' on the games page and go through the other steps :

i think that miniclip games are exclusive to that site, and can'y be put on other sites..

i think (i'm not sure) this site has miniclip snake... i'm probably wrong.. and sometimes there's miniclip games on addictinggames, but i hardly ever go there anymore.
