Ah yeah you're right, that's because it's a "lowest score wins" game. I'll fix that now.

Yep. I want to put this %age in users profiles etc. at a later date + thought it would be more fair that way.

The reason being otherwise people who have only played one game (+ were good at it) will rank higher than those who are good at lots of games.
