i think you should be able to rep based on forum age, and significance to the forums. perhaps we could do like decimos's chart and also be able to give rep based on our rep per post. and not nearly as much rep, cuz daman can rep 19 more points than me, despite having 1/3 rep per post, only being active 20 days more and doing somewhat similar stuff.

I deserve to be able to rep this much.
I have a lot of posts (only like 5% spam) and a lot of rep. Also I have been on this site longer than almost everyone. Damion (mod)and Gaz (admin so of course) are the 2 who have been here even longer. So yeah with forum age I would probably be able to give 30. The only person who gets the max is the bot. Everyone derep the bot.

ANYWAY, back on topic.
Gaz, when you say forum upgrade, are you talking like an upgrade to vB 3.7.0? Because that would be truly awesome. It has so many great new features.
