Less buggy tournaments!

You may have noticed that the arcade was closed for a couple of hours yesterday - that's because I was fixing stuff!


1. Stuck tourney fix
Up until yesterday there was a real problem with stuck tournaments. These occured when somebody played all their games but didn't submit their score at the end of the last game. Since that's when the winner is calculated nobody would progress to the next round I've now written a fix that checks for stuck matches and advances the correct player


2. Auto erase tournaments with a -ve number of open slots.

Another problem is that a couple of tournaments continued accepting players after the open slots reached zero I think this is a problem occuring when the tourney is set up. Anyway, since they never start they were cluttering up the "Tournaments waiting for players" section I wrote a fix to auto-delete them


Now leave me some +rep and go play a tournament!!!

yeh I quit playing tournaments like 2 weeks ago because they took so long which i know now was from bugs. now i might actually play some tournaments.Thanx Gaz

To make tournaments faster why not set up your own where everybody only gets one attempt. That way there won't be people playing one game then coming back to it the next day.

yeh i've done, it does goes faster. i just ment like one other time i was in a tournament for max dirtbike and i had already dominated the guy 19 to 2 and it didnt advance me till like 2 weeks later

oh and gaz i have one more suggestion.


In tourneys where you have to play more than one game, some people only play 1. and then after 2 days pass, they get eliminated even if they have a higher score!

this mightve been fixed, but im not sure.
